DELIVERY CHARGES

Understanding our delivery charges
Like all internet businesses we have to cover our costs of getting the product to you our customer. Rather than hide this cost in the product price and claim delivery is ‘FREE’, we feel that the best deal we can offer you is to add it on afterwards based on the actual cost of delivering the items you buy.

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout

For orders with a total weight exceeding 13.5kg please contact us.

All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address such as your place of work. Where ever you decide to have your parcel delivered please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for it. Please note that our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.

In the event that there is no one available to sign for your parcel our couriers will make at least one more attempt or notify you where you can collect the item from. Should they still not be able to make a delivery the goods will usually be returned to us. Should this happen, once the goods have been returned the value of the goods will be refunded. If you still require the item you will have to re-order the item from the website.

Our Delivery Charges are based on product weight & volumetric data based on your complete order and will be calculated once you have added all your products to your Shopping Cart & prior to final checkout.

Every effort will be made to dispatch your order promptly but please note that all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will notify you at the time of ordering if any ordered items are temporarily out of stock.

We aim to have your order with you as quickly as possible which is usually within 2-3 working days of despatch, if you have not received you order within 5 days of placing your order please contact us.

Where applicable we provide full tracking information for your order at time of despatch.

OVERSEAS:

We are happy to deliver outside the UK, please contact us for further information.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

No refund will be given on items returned after 30 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. We would suggest that returns are sent by Courier, Royal Mail Signed For or similar service that provides for Proof of Delivery.
If you would like an exchange item sent out then there will be an additional delivery charge.
